The #7 Scottsdale women's soccer team cruised to a 12-0 win over Gateway tonight at SCC.

The Artichokes improved to 4-1 overall and 3-1 in the ACCAC.

Ava Fike and Elizabeth Wheeler each registered hat tricks on the night. Fike now has seven goals this season, Wheeler has five.

Scottsdale outshot the Geckos 44-1 and 26-0 with shots on goal.   

Also in conference news, the ACCAC awarded Sandra Lakic the Player of the Week for week two. She had two goals and two assists against Chandler-Gilbert that week.

Scottsdale returns to action on Saturday, September 20 when they travel to face Glendale at 5:15 p.m. The Gauchos are 3-1 in conference this season.
