The SCC Men's Soccer team opened their 2013 season with a shutout win over Gateway CC. The Artichoke goal scoreres were Eric Ontiveros, Roy Soto Romero, Paulo Amador and Connor Buckley. Goalkeeper Russell Klabough kept Gateway off the scoreboard for the entire game, including a huge penalty kick save to preserve the shutout.

The team will be back in action on Thursday august 29th when they travel to Phoenix College for a key matchup with the Bears.
