The Scottsdale Community College Women's Basketball team held their annual Bill Culver Memorial Classic this winter and managed to go 1-1 in non-conference games.

The Fighting Artichokes won their first match-up with Benedictine University at Mesa JV by the final score of 81-33. Scottsdale then took on Lake Region State College and fell by the final score of 66-58. That loss moves Scottsdale's overall record to (6-8, 3-3). Scottsdale will look to move forward as they host Glendale Community College on January 4th at 1:00 PM.
